3. Educational information—not veterinary advice

The Site provides general educational information about ball python care, including enclosure setup, temperature, humidity, feeding, handling, and health. The content is not veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it cannot account for the needs or medical history of an individual animal.

Contact a qualified reptile veterinarian for advice about your snake’s health or care. Seek prompt veterinary care if your snake is having trouble breathing, is seriously injured, or shows other concerning symptoms. Do not delay professional care because of something you read on the Site.

We work to keep information useful and accurate, but animal-care recommendations and individual circumstances can vary. We do not guarantee that every page is current, complete, or suitable for every animal.

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to reimburse Ball Python Reptiles for reasonable losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights. This section does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by our own unlawful conduct.
